would’ve given this a three star review because it basically only does an average job of doing what you’d expect, however the cut of the cups were necessary for my wedding dress (and surprisingly hard to find in a thin bra), so I bumped it up to a four star for that reason. Listen to the other posters – the band definitely runs small. Overall you really don’t get much support with this bra because of the low back. It seems like a double edged sword to me – if you need the low back or low cups plus support, you’ll get the cut you need but not a great deal of support. In my case I’m keeping the thing because I have a corset back on my dress and can get away with a little less support but still need some… but if that weren’t the case, or it weren’t so hard finding a not-full-coverage (ie, cups show above my neckline) longline bra in my size range, I would definitely have returned this. At least the price is tolerable for what it is..

I ordered this bustier with the low back to wear with my wedding dress (it has a lace-up back). I was disappointed with the bustier as it really did nothing to provide the support that I was hoping for. The bra is well-made, and attractive, but if you’re looking for more of a push-up bra, this isn’t the one you want. The low back just can’t give the bust-line support that I was looking for. Oh well, it looks like I’m going to have to add cups to my dress and go braless. :)

This item was just what my daughter (see other comment below from Desiree) needed for her halter-top bridal gown. Great price – I have seen the bustier for more on other websites! We had some mix-ups with the shipping address (our fault) and needed to exchange the item for a different size when it finally reached us. Through all this, HerRoom provided exceptional customer service and helped out in any way they could to expedite things. They are a great company to work with. The only negative comment we have is that my daughter usually wears a 40D bra (which was what we first ordered), and even the 42C was tight on her, and the cups were still too big. The accompanying insertable pads helped enough that we did not need to exchange a 2nd time. I would order a size bigger and a cup size smaller than your normal bra size.

I exchanged it for a 42C, and the cup was good but the rest was still somewhat tight, but by then I needed to wear it so I didn’t exchange it again. The bustier fits wonderfully and works very well for a foundation under a low back dress. It does enhance an hour glass shape well but would likely be uncomfortable for a woman with a larger middle. I would recommend using a good set of support panties with high waist for the best foundation under a dress.

The Bustier fit wonderfully, and I will be wearing it under my wedding dress. You can’t beat the price! Her Room Customer service is wonderful. This bra was actually in exchange for a different bra, and the customer service dept was great throughout the whole exchange.

I wish this was available in the 32B by the time that I needed it. It fit well enough – long lines tend to distort everyone’s waists a little bit. These are almost impossible to find in regular lingerie stores (I tried 6 different stores in NYC) It’s nice that the boning ends high enough not to mess up the lines of the skirt like full length bustiers. Worth the value.

The bodice is really tight which it needs to be to keep it up. However then it makes a bulge in your stomach below the ending point because it doesn’t go all the way to your waist. I’m a thin person so I can’t imagine what it would do if you carried weight on your mid section. There was no way I would wear this with my wedding dress. They did take the return and credit back my credit card without any problems or questions.

The bodice part is tight which is fine because I know it won’t move or fall on me. It does create a small buldge like the reviewer before me stated so if you’re wearing a skin tight dress I would steer away. I was pretty dissapointed that it did not run true to size. I’ve been the same size forever and the cups were pretty big on me even with the two small pads provided to put in the cups. I was looking for a little more lift and support than this can provide.
