This seemed like a nicely shaped bra. I originally ordered it in a size smaller (30 DD) from another company and it was too small. So i ordered it from Her room in my usual size (30 E) and it was too big. I’m not sure if it was just a defective bra as the side panels were gaping. I also did not like the feel of the material. It was very light weight. Had it of fit me properly, then i think the shape of the bra would have been nice as it did give some lift and maybe i could of got used to it but i sent it back.
Fantasie Response: I would not call 4510 light weight at all. Sounds like this customer ordered a couple of bras (see other responses sent from her) and was not happy with any of them. If it is gaping the cup is too large.

Bra is uncomfortable for me, although i am pregnant and that could be why. i was hoping this was the bra to hold me up, which it does, but it’s so uncomfortable i can’t wear it. i already took the tags off or i would return it. Her Room has been wonderful about exchanges.
Fantasie Response: With the changing breast tissue of pregnant women we suggest a cup with a seam; such as Fantasie 2152 or Fantasie 2182 or even Freya active 4002 . The seam helps to support the breast tissue and helps to prevent the tissue from breaking down in the Cooper’s ligaments area (top of the breast). (Betty) Most important for pregnant ladies is of course comfort, and the firmest support. We want to minimize all bounce! We’ve had wonderful feedback from ladies who’ve been wearing the Freya Active bra throughout their pregnancy… The support is extremely firm and an added bonus is the “wicking” properties of the fabric which literally wisks the moisture away from the skin, keeping her dry and comfy. The reason for my rating being low is because according to the bra fit guidelines on this website, this bra should have fit me & I did not even remotely fit into the cups. The quality of the bra may be very good, but I could not tell because it was such a bad fit in the cups. The cup size in this style runs VERY SMALL. I need at least a 32 GG or 32 H, but since this style does not come in a cup larger than G I am exchanging for Panache 4801. We will see what happens. I do not recommend that people with small rib cages & large breasts add the 4″-5″ to their rib measurement to get the band size. In my experience, the band will not give you the support that you need for your large breasts. I measure 29″ on the rib cage & am trying the 32″ band size. With that 32″ band size I would be a G cup because my largest chest measurement is 39″. I wanted to love this bra, really. But it’s so hard to find the right size online. I thought I followed the directions on the website, but you never really know until you try a bra on which size you’ll really need. No fault of HerRoom, they give the best advice that they can. If you already know that you like molded/foam cup bras, then this one will probably make you happy. Even in a size much too large for me, I could tell that the shape was good, without that fold-over that I tend to see under the arms on similar bras (like the Le Mystere). But the band size and the cup size were way off for me according to the measuring instructions and I’m afraid to order another of these and pay tons in return shipping until I get the right size. got this bra for 2 reasons. I’ve been wearing VS, and while the style I get is comfortable, I wanted something that would give a bit more support and lift, and not pull into my shoulders so much, and because my daughter, who wears 32F or G wears this and loves it. It really makes her shape look great. I tried it on and it fit, and while it felt like much more of a major garment than what I was used to, I thought I’d get used to it and wore it a few days. Now, it did definitely lift and bring things more centered, which works great for my daughter since she is smaller framed, but for me it was too overwhelming, it felt like I had a saddle on. By far, this is the BEST bra I have EVER owned. As we all know, when the body ages the breast tissue is, well, how do I say it, is not as ‘firm’ as it used to be. I have been forced to always purchase ‘full coverage’ bras. And that’s OK because there are some really nice ones (check out the Fantasie line). But this bra gives just enough coverage, the molded cups are great for the ‘T-shirt’ look (Or ‘no’ look if you know what I mean), but there is a nice bit of a plunge to the bra as well. The best part—your breasts don’t fall out of it to give you the ‘double-boob’ look!! If you get the right size the back will not ride up. It’s REALLY great to be able to purchase a 30 band size for a E. I have worn this under t-shirts as well as wrap sun dress with a very deep plunge and it looks great! This is my favorite bra. As you can tell from my bra size, i have large breasts and a relatively small rib cage. This bra provides great support without leaving those digging lines in my shoulders. Sometimes the straps fall down but that’s usually because my weight fluctuates and I often delay adjusting the bra strap until I am COMPLETELY annoyed. The cups in this bra are molded and they sometimes dent in. This is a soft dent and is quite easy to fix. I’ve never experienced denting after fixing a dent in the same day. It normally happens as I’m putting on the bra. The denting can look weird when it happens. Lastly, the bra makes strange noises against cotton – kind-of in the same way that corduroy pants “whistle” if your thighs rub together a lot. All that said, it’s a fantastic bra! I am pleased with the speedy turn around time (3 days with regular shipping) and the price is comparable to other sites. In general, I am pleased with my Fantasie bras. I absolutely love this bra. There is zero show through, and it fits seamlessly. Wear the nude color under your tightest white top and you still won’t see the bra or what’s beneath it. It’s padded for support, not for size (at least on the larger cup sizes). Support is unparalleled, and it’s very comfortable. It’s by far the best bra I own.

The best part is that it comes in a wide variety of cup sizes, many of which you (unfortunately) won’t find through Victoria’s Secret or other common retailers. Very highly reccomended!

The bra itself is a lovely material, appears well made, etc. However, once it’s on, it’s stiff and uncomfortable and creates an awkward pointy profile typically seen in the 60’s. I returned it and got a swift refund.

I ordered this bra and loved it so much, I ordered 2 more. But by the time the next order arrived, a bone had poked through the fabric — ouch! I threw the bra away after asking HerRoom if they offered a warranty (they don’t). Now another bone has come through the second bra, so I’m starting to think there’s a flaw in the design or manufacturing. Pluses: the cups fit so smoothly, it doesn’t ride up and the straps don’t slide off of my narrow shoulders — very comfortable. Minuses: obviously, the sewing in of the underwires. P.S. I don’t hand wash my bras, but I don’t think I treat them any differently than most women. Both bras were only a few months old when the wire poked through.

I like the fabric content of the bra very much. I am allergic to nylon so the 90% Cotton 10% Spandex works well for me. The bras seem to be well made. I did however have to shorten the straps, using velcro instead of the hooks that were on the bras. The cups are a little TOO UNDERSIZED. I ordered a larger cup size than my old Vanity Fair D Cup, but they don’t cover nearly as well.

Excellent support, except would like some added uplift from bottom. Guess that’s a personal problem, but have tried finding a bra with cup support to take some of the pressure off my poor aching shoulders.
HerRoom Response: IF you feel there is not enough support for the bottom of your breasts, it could be that your band size is too large. Consider going down a band size and up a cup size to maintain the same cup volume – in your case, a 42D.

Question/Comment: I commented previously on this bra and did love it. But…. My underwire just snapped. (the wire broke in two pieces just under the breast) That happened previously with other bras and I decreased to 38 and went up to an F. This seemed to solve the problem until today. What is the deal? How can I avoid this? Is this a size issue or a bra issue. Any response would be appreciated.
HerRoom Response: When a wire snaps in the middle, it usually means there is too much strain pulling the underwires apart. This can be because your band size is too small, or you cup size is too small. If the cups are fitting you, I would first try going up a band size and down a cup size to maintain the same cup volume. In your case, it sounds more like you have the wrong band size. If your underwires also snapped at a 40 band size, try going up to a 42 and down one or two cup sizes.

However… after only about three weeks, some of the stitching has come undone around the bottom of the band. I typically wear 34A but the 36A fits quite nicely. The picture does justice to what the bra really looks like on we smaller gals. I really look like I fill out this bra and that is a look I have rarely had! This bra gives quite a bit of push up and it shapes nicely. The cups are lightly padded with small removable pads. The underwire works well but I would not wear this bra all day long as it is not that comfortable. But it is very nice to wear out for an evening. The bra is beautiful with great care put into every detail…and there are many lovely details. It is really beautiful.

I just got this bra as part of the whole Jezebel satin set and I *love* it. The Black Magic color features a lovely pale pink, very cheeky sexy, and the bra itself looks flattering and filled out with my smaller chest! I usually wear 32A/34A depending on designer, and the 34A had a really nice comfortable fit. For all the smaller busted ladies having trouble finding a sexy set of lingerie that actually looks like it fits, I’d definitely recommend it!

This bra does run a bit small. I normally wear 34B, but after reading reviews I went with 36B and it’s a good fit. I’m not too much of a push-up person, but this bra does a nice job without too much padding. I got the scarlet-colored one, which is very bold. If I were doing this over, I’d probably go with black magic (aka pale pink with black lace) instead. I bought the panties that go match and they’re cute, especially the lace mesh back! The other issue I have with this bra is that all the lace and sheering definitely shows through when you wear a shirt and looks a bit lumpy.
Overall, I’m happy with it. The cut is sexy and comfortable, and it’s a good price. More of a show-off piece of lingerie than an everyday support bra.

I love this bra! This is the only true push up bra that has ever worked for me! This is the only bra I’ve worn that lifts my breasts and puts them over my rib cage where they belong. I don’t now, and never did understand the whole “lift and separate” thing. I wish this bra had a little less padding in the bottom of the cup, don’t really need it but it does give me some nice cleavage. The sides are high, the support is great, the underwire comfortable, and the bra itself is beautiful. Not for under a t-shirt as it’s not a smooth cup bra. I purchased this bra for my handicapped daughter who was in a wedding and needed this color bra. I really did need a regular small B cup. A wider shape due to the width of the whole bra would have been ok if the depth of the foam cup hadn’t been so huge. However when the bra arrived 3 days before the wedding with a D cup labeld B, I had to completely take it apart , cut it down and resew it. It was well made and I was able to do this. BUT what a lot of work! I wish I had gotten what I ordered. The result was a beautiful bra that I had made out of the materials of the bra I was sent. I suggest that anyone who can’t sew, be sure they have time to return it if it doesn’t fit.

Her Room is wonderful !! Fast shipping !! I purchased two of these bras because they looked so good on screen. I thought Valmont was better quality then what I received , but I am still keeping them because they truly brought the girls up like no other bra I have tried. I am not a fan of wires and I am still not , but I will suffer when I go out somewhere special. It would have been great for everyday but just too uncomfortable for me. I ordered all 3 of these bras on Monday the 20th and got them today, the 23rd. I ordered all 3 because of the wonderful reviews from everyone and really needed a good bra that supports and lifts. THEY WERE RIGHT! I tried on ALL 3 of them and wow…. They are amazing! They really do give you the “lift” you need and support! (Along with what some of the Reviews said) The cups did feel just a little bit big, So going a cup size Bra down from what you normally would wear (I wear a C, could have gone B) is more than likely ideal, but they still feel great!!! If you want a cleavage-enhancing bra, this is the one you want. If puts the girls up front and center of attention! I’m kind of between cup sizes so a 44B is just a bit big in the cup, but, for comparison sake, all of my bras are a bit big in the cup. I’ve tried a 42B and 42C but both a bit too snug around…so I’m stuck until I loose a few pounds (or gain a few).
This bra is comfy, it doesn’t bunch or pinch, straps are great. But it’s the fact that when I look down I see cleave!….and, even though I’m married, I’ve noticed men sometimes take either a second look or they look just a second or two longer than they did before. That boost to morale is worth it alone!
Get one, you won’t be upset. (Oh yeah, get the hot pink…..it’s just delicious goodness!)

or years I have looked for a decent bra for a larger, executive woman. This is the dream bra. I thought I had to get huge size for my back (Im 5′5 and weigh 210). I like for my shirts to look very crisp and this is impossible when you sag in the front. Then if I ordered a large size bra with every size up they would increase the cup size. I ordered a 50 B but what came was more like a 50FF. The cups were huge! This is a 46 and it stretches so that I don’t even feel it on my back. The cups hold up so well that there is no sagging in the front and the under arms of my blouses don’t bag out and look huge and empty. I look very neat. It is exceptionally difficult to find my bra size, 44b; it is also incredibly difficult–I thought impossible–to find a bra in that size that was well-constructed, beautifully made, and stunningly sexy. But this bra is all that and more. I just turned 50 years old and it’s no secret that things are not as they once were in the bust department…but once I slip on this bra, time races backwards and I’m 25 again. In the chest area, at least. Yet by no means is it “too much” or “over the top.” It lifts and molds and creates a bustline that is youthful but tasteful. It feels “special occasion” but is comfortable enough to wear all day. Buying this was a mistake. This bra lifts up exposing half my breats which is visible under a shirt. The straps are not comfortable, it’s cuts deep into the shoulders-it should be atleast padded. One of the wires broke in half after a couple of months; but due to the really nice reinforced wrapping around the wire I was able to make it the rest of the day at work without being poked and didn’t look to deflated.The bra does stay with you, no slipage of the straps, or riding up your back. I NEVER had to make ANY adjustments through out the day. Don’t know if it was just bad luck that mine broke so quickly or poor craftsmanship. I give it a 1 star because it broke so quickly. Comfort before wire breaking was a 4 star. I didn’t give it a 5 star because I personally do not care for so much restriction. I have trouble finding a supportive bra that doesn’t have wires that cut into me, especially under the arms. This bra is FABULOUS. It doesn’t ride up in the back; it doesn’t cut into me anywhere; and it does give me the support & separation I need and want. The straps are very comfortable also. It’s lacy and pretty, but 100% important to me is how it fits and how it supports. This bra gets A+ from me on that! It’s a very good bra! Good support, the straps are comfortable and don’t slip. I brought this bra to wear for work and it’s great. However that is actually a good and bad thing. I would never wear it outside of work. It’s not that attractive and it makes my chest look like missiles. This is a complaint I have in general. Everyone who wears a DD is not a plus size or a granny. Would it kill them to make a bra in my size that’s stylish? If I want it to remotely look cute I usually have to settle foe something that’s not actually quite my size. But besides all that it’s a good bra, but I believe playtex runs big in the cup size. This bra offers me good support, and is extremely comfortable, both with the cotton-like lining and padded under”wire” – which may actually be something softer than wire. I give this bra four stars only because five star bras for double D girls don’t exist (that I am aware of).
