Customer Reviews
Finally! I believe I have found a bra that comes closest to being perfect (after searching for 30 years

. Please note, this bra is only CLOSEST to perfect, as I can’t imagine anything that relies upon support from a band around the rib cage and lungs to be ideal! Female engineers, where are you?? Regardless! This bra is very attractive, has seaming for support and fit, comes in a couple of color options, is feminine without being over the top, and important to me, has a smooth band under the bust (no scratchy lace that folds over onto itself as soon as you sit down—what’s up with that, anyway?)! Lunaire bras are a great value for the money, and it’s a pleasure to find this particular Lunaire style. Thank you, HerRoom, for carrying this brand! – Elizabeth, Virginia Beach, VA, Age: 50’s

I’ve worn this bra for about 10 years. It is comfortable, supportive and soft. I love the lace and the slings that provide excellent shaping. Here’s what I don’t love, the wire is the first thing that wears out — consequently I have had to replace the bras before they wear out. Secondly my shoulders are very round and the straps don’t stay put — very annoying. Thinking these issues might be mine, I tried a larger band size and a larger cup size. I think I’ve addressed the wire issue. Would love suggestions for the straps.
HerRoom Response: We don’t understand your comment about the wires wearing out. If you mean they are breaking, there are several reasons for this. Your straps falling down on this bra could be because your band size is too big and thus your straps are too far apart.

This bra is very pretty and well-made. I only wish the sides and back were more substantial — there is very little band support with this bra. As a result, it doesn’t feel right, as if its support is solely through the underwire. The ultra-soft and low-cut band under the arms and at the back tend to roll up, mostly due, I think, to the softness of the fabric and the cut of the band. However, this bra is much nicer and provides better support than the four other bras I’ve tried through HerRoom.com. I don’t know if the “perfect” bra is out there, and this is by far the best one I’ve tried. I am determined to lose weight so that maybe I can get into a reasonable bra size, and therefore have more style choices.
HerRoom Response: When the band rolls, this is usually a sign that your band is too small.

I am happy with Lunaire overall. This particular bra is a little loose along the top edges of the cup but not enough to be objectionable. I find similar fit issues as my other Lunaire with the band size. I measure 32 and find this is tight with Lunaire but I am hesitant to order the next band size up for fear that will alter the fit of the cup and may be almost too big in the band. Although the band is tight, it is not so much that I do not also feel I have much better support and overall comfort from the more expensive bras I have had over the years. I will continue with Lunaire as my preferred brand.
HerRoom Response: One suggestion would be to try a size 34DD. This will give you the same cup size, but you will have a larger band.

I purchased this bra along with a Vanity Fair style 75-134. The Vanity Fair has a one inch longer band. This bra is very pretty, but the band fit VERY tight (I had a very hard time hooking it). Also, the straps were to far over and I knew it would slip off my shoulders. However, I did like the shape it gave me. I decided not to try a larger size.
HerRoom Response: Due to fabrics having different stretch, comparing two different bras for their length is not really going to tell you if the bra will be too big or small before you try it on.

My rib cage expanded outward as a result of pregnancy (probably as a result of my short waist and not enough space inside my trunk), which makes this garment dig into my ribs in the front. Also, after many years and bras, at my size I like bras with wider, cushioned straps, otherwise they dig and cut. I’m sorry that it wasn’t comfortable, because it looked beautiful on me. Looking at the reviews, I see that I’m in the minority – I’m happy that so many other women are thrilled with it. BTW, HerRoom is a great website – it is better than any bra department or specialty store that I’ve been to! Continue the great work and service! – Cocoa, New York, Age: 50’s

Each bra fits very well. I find them to be very comfortable. The only thing that I noticed was that now they are being made with two rows of hooks & eyes when in the past they have been made with 4 rows. I think only time will tell if they continue to wear well. I have worn this style bra for the last 3 1/2 years. I was so happy to be able to buy this brand online since we have no retailer in our area. I have found they last a long time. I never dry them in the dryer, though I do wash them in a lingerie bag in the washing machine. I recommend them highly. – Martha, Jericho, VT, USA, Age: 60’s

Well, after about a million & one purchases to find the perfect bra, this one comes very close. Pro – Ditto to all the other reviews. Plus…the straps are none stretch and adjustable all the way up, this is a good thing if you’re short and need shorter straps. Con – the cups gives a bit of a pointy shape, not exactly round like I prefer…but that could be because its not quite broken into yet. Ultimately, CUDO’s to you Lunaire! This is a very good bra…and the price ain’t bad either. – Marie, Accountant, Teaneck, NJ, USA, Age: 30’s

It’s Pretty.
I got it in black
That they even make a pretty bra this big.
Cons:
Not an F– it’s smaller, maybe more like DD (explanation below)
Not much backing to the lace so it can be a little itchy as times.
My problem with this bra is that even though
the underwire is correct, the amount of material in the cup doesn’t really give itself to F-sized breasts.
Note: It’s not a case of me ordering the wrong size because I’ve been sized (which prompted me to order bras online because the ones in the store that sized me were hideous).

Incredible design, giving excellent support with comfort and beauty. Enhances everything you wear and looks great on its own, you can’t beat that! I’ve been a Lunaire customer for about eight years and find integrity in all the products I’ve purchased. Personally I haven’t found a negative thing to comment on. Considering how long they last, even the price is
more than fair. ENJOY….
